1. Buyer pays at checkout
ACH bank transfer by default. Cards accepted with a 3% buyer-paid surcharge for AOG urgency.
2. Stripe splits at settlement
The success fee is deducted automatically. The remainder transfers straight to your connected account.
3. You stay seller of record
The buyer buys from you, not from Haven. Haven never custodies funds — no middleman risk on your cash.
4. Books stay clean
Your own Stripe dashboard, payout ledger, and 1099-K. One fee line for your accountant. Zero invoices from us.

When do I pay the fee?
Never out of pocket. When a buyer pays at checkout, Stripe automatically deducts the success fee and deposits the rest directly into your bank account. There is no invoice from us, ever.
Who is the seller of record?
You are. The buyer purchases from your company. You get your own Stripe dashboard, payout statements, and 1099-K directly from Stripe — your accountant sees a normal sale and one clean fee line.
Does Haven hold my money?
No. Funds flow buyer → Stripe → your bank. Haven never custodies funds and is never in the middle of your cash. Our fee is split out automatically at settlement.
How do buyers pay?
ACH bank transfer by default — the standard for parts transactions. Cards are accepted with a 3% processing surcharge paid by the buyer (common for AOG urgency). You receive your payout the same way either way.
What about quotes and negotiated orders?
Same fee, same flow. When you win a quote, you send the buyer a secure payment link and the order settles with the identical fee structure. Off-platform deals you source yourself owe us nothing.
Am I locked in?
No contracts, no exclusivity. Keep selling on ILS, PartsBase, eBay, and your own site. Delist anytime. We only earn on orders we actually close for you.
